PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing time for all orders is 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and tracking numbers are sent to the Email you provided during checkout. Allow 3-5 Business days to receive your order
All orders are shipped through USPS. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
LOST OR STOLEN GOODS
Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable.
WEALTHY MINKSS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please contact USPS to file a claim.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our facility, you are responsible for a $5 extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.
Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. You personally must contact the United States Postal Service @ (1-800-275-8777).
FRAUD
Please Make sure Shipping & Billing address match. If your order is flagged as FRAUD, it will automatically be cancelled!
ALL SALES ARE FINAL/ NO REFUNDS
Products are non-refundable or exchangeable due to sanitary reasons. If you have any issues with your order please contact us, we are happy to resolve any issue.
By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that WEALTHY MINKSS will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues caused by USPS.
